Desktop Support Technician
Agape Church has an opening for a Desktop Support Technician. The position requires computer software & hardware troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent organization and communication skills are a must, as is familiarity with MS Office applications, Printers, and MS Windows XP / 7.

Digital Media Manager

Agape Church is looking for a motivated and talented individual to be the driving force behind media technology for all of its ministry outreaches - including a church, regional television network, elementary academy and Bible college. A qualified candidate must have a strong aptitude for ever-changing technologies, including mobile technologies, and a desire to remain current in this field.

Responsibilities:
Manage process to vet and hire a third party to develop and launch multiple websites.
Implement industry standard Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to maximize the reach and effectiveness of the sites.
Write, edit and proof copy for the sites to ensure brand consistency.
Develop and execute online marketing efforts such as digital newsletters, email campaigns, etc.
Research new technologies to provide ideas for digital initiatives that could result in ministry growth.
Ability to translate technical information into documents for non-technical personnel.


Requirements:
Knowledge of web development
Experience managing small to mid-size projects within timelines and budget constraints
Experience using SEO concepts and standards to increase page rankings
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, PHP and / or ASP scripts, and Flash
Experience vetting and implementing Content Management Systems (i.e. Joomla, Drupal, etc.) and training key personnel in their usage
Great oral and written communication and presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of creative and web product development lifecycle
Enjoys working collaboratively on multi-functional teams
Initiates and leads internal and external meetings; takes and distributes meeting notes
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education, experience, and technical certification or knowledge
Mobile application development experience is a plus
Must be organized and detail-oriented
